You will be collected from your hotel and dropped off to the heli base for a safety briefing. Then it’s up and away for a scenic flight over the renowned Gibbston wine region. Your heli includes an alpine landing on the Remarkables Mountains with ample time for photos and to soak up the phenomenal views of the Southern Alps. Your expert Appellation wine guide will meet you on arrival at a Gibbston-based vineyard and after your first tasting of the day, relax and continue your wine tour by luxury vehicle through to the heart of the Central Otago wine region.

Spend the afternoon indulging in an à la carte lunch with wine and two further wine tastings at premium Central Otago vineyards. Your passionate senior guide will impart all there is to know about the local region and of course Central Otago wines
